Andersen turns 2!!!

We celebrated Andersen's 2nd birthday this week. We were suppose to have a big party on Saturday, May 5th, but Andersen woke up sick with a fever, so we had to cancel the party. We ended up celebrating with a smaller group on Friday, May 11th. We had to have the party inside because it was 40 degrees and raining, but luckily the jump house fits in our basement! We went for pizza on her actual birthday and then celebrated at home with cake and ice cream! We had her 2 year doctor visit on Thursday. She weighs 30lb. 6oz. (87%) and is 36" tall (95%). All in all it was a good visit and Andersen seems to be growing well! The doctor is recommending she be evaluated for her speech, so we will set up an evaluation and see if she needs speech therapy. Andersen is a sweet, loving, happy (for the most part:)) little girl. We truly are blessed and grateful for her to be in our lives and cannot believe it's been 2 years - time flies when you're having fun:)
