Lyla Grace is 5 months old!

I think I say this every month, but I cannot believe Lyla is 5 months old. The last few months have flown by!! Lyla is such a sweet girl and just loves to laugh, cuddle & play with her sister. We had a very busy month, traveling to Snow Mass & Florida which she did great both times, she had her first ear infection, first time on an airplane, first time in the pool, first time at the beach and the list goes on. It was a full month! We actually had to go to the doctor today because she has a rash that won't go away - they think it's from the vaccines last week or some environmental change - but they weighed her and she weighs 18lbs 6oz! She's a big girl!! While they were looking at her rash, they noticed an extra fat roll on one of her legs, so we are going to get an ultrasound on that at the children's hospital. They don't think it is anything, but just want to make sure. I'll keep you posted:)

Great Grandma & MeMawMaw

Before we went to the beach Great Grandma & MeMawMaw (as Andersen likes to call her) came over for a quick visit.

60th Birthday Celebration

We decided to go to the Bon Aire on St. Pete Beach to celebrate Dad's 60th Birthday! The whole family was there and we had a great time being together and spending time at the beach! Jada had oysters flown in and we made a shrimp boil, both were delicious! We also surprised Dad with matching shirts commemorating the celebration! We can't wait for our next beach trip...hopefully sooner rather than later:)

Looking at boats...

Andersen really enjoyed looking at boats while we were in Tampa, I promised her next time we would go on one. Here we are on the dock by the childrens museum.
