9 Months Old

Andersen is 9 months old today!! We were suppose to go for her 9 month check up today, but the doctor cancelled due to the snow (we were the first AM appt and they were afraid people wouldn't get in on time), so we'll go next week. Andersen is a very active little girl, she is constantly on the go. Still doing a modified version of the army crawl, but will sometimes get on all fours. She is standing while holding onto things and will even take a few steps if you hold her hands. We have only found one food that she does not like, cheese! This makes her Granddad very happy:) According to our scale she weighs 20 lbs. She also has 2 teeth. Here are a few pictures from today...it is getting very hard to capture a photo of her sitting in one place, so unfortunately the ones with the sign and Clarence are not the best this time around! Hope all is well with each of you:)

Super Bowl

Andersen dressed up for the super bowl this year, unfortunately her team was not in it. She still looked pretty darn cute:) Check out her teeth too!

Rubber Ducky Love

Andersen LOVES her bath rubber ducky - bathtime is one of the highlights of her day...especially since it is sooo cold and gross outside and we cannot do much! She also loves sucking her bath toys - it's pretty funny:)

8 Months!

Today Andersen is eight months old! It sounds so strange to say, I feel like it sounds so old - haha! The time just keeps flying by. Andersen is so happy these days! She loves people and being out and about - she gets bored if we stay in and has to just look at me all day! She especially loves grocery shopping and trying to pull food off the shelves! She is a great eater too, she eats peas, carrots, green beans, sweet potatoes, corn, cauliflower, eggplant, chicken, turkey, quinoa, mango, pear, peach, apples, bananas etc! She loves eating puffs and can now pick them up and actually get them in her mouth! She is still doing the army crawl, but is a lot faster these days! She just drags herself all over the house. She is also getting her first teeth - 2 bottom teeth at once. They have broken the skin, but it is taking a lot longer than I thought to actually pop up and look like teeth. Andersen is 19 pounds and approx. 28" long!

Christmas

We had a great Christmas in MN! Andersen enjoyed playing with all 7 of her cousins:) She also enjoyed sledding with Daddy for the first time.

Santa at Bass Pro Shop

For some reason, Andersen preferred the Santa at Brass Pro Shop, go figure! We were just happy to get a happy photo:)
